By downloading or using Fuel Log: MPG & Receipt Scan (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

The App helps you log fuel fill-ups, scan odometer and receipt information on your device, and track MPG / efficiency. Features may change as the App is updated.

Your responsibilities

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions, if offered, are billed through Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. We do not receive your payment card numbers.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Fuel economy estimates are for personal informational use and may not match official ratings or every real-world condition.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joseph Pings / SoCal FSD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when updates are posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
